This Creator Agreement applies when you build and publish a page on Crushed Studio — as an individual creator, a brand, or a dispensary (a “Creator”). It adds to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy; if this Agreement conflicts with the Terms on a creator-specific point, this Agreement wins. You accept it by ticking the box in the Studio before your page goes live. If we materially change it, we’ll ask you to accept the new version before you can publish again.
1. Eligibility
- You’re at least 21 years old, and anyone appearing in your content is at least 21.
- If you act for a business, you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that business.
- Studio is invite-only. Your invite link is personal: don’t share it. Anyone holding it can edit your page.
- If you’re a licensed cannabis business, you’ll keep your license in good standing and follow its marketing conditions.
2. Your page and your content
You own your content. You grant Crushed the license described in the Terms of Service to host, transcode, display, distribute and promote it — including featuring it in the Channel reel, on the creators index, in search and on Crushed’s own social accounts and marketing. Your page address and handle are assigned when your page is created and may not be changeable.
You’re responsible for everything on your page, including:
- having all rights and permissions for what you post, including music, footage, logos and the likeness of anyone who appears;
- following the Community Guidelines — especially: no sales or offers to sell, no one under 21, no medical claims, and compliance with your state’s cannabis and advertising laws;
- disclosing sponsorships, gifted products and paid partnerships clearly;
- the accuracy of anything you say about yourself, your business or products.
3. Live streams
Live streams follow the same rules as everything else. Your stream key and Studio link are secrets — anyone with them can broadcast as you. Crushed may end a stream at any time if it appears to break the rules, and may record or keep short excerpts for safety and moderation.
4. Review, moderation and suspension
Crushed may review, hide or remove content, end a live stream, unpublish or suspend your page, or end your Studio access if we believe you’ve broken this Agreement, the Terms, the Community Guidelines or the law, or if your page creates legal or safety risk. Where practical we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix things, but we may act immediately for serious violations. We’re not obligated to host any particular content.
5. Money
Crushed Studio is free for Creators, and pages are free for fans. Paid memberships are not live yet. You may draft membership tiers in the Studio, but they aren’t shown publicly and nothing is charged. Before memberships or any other payouts launch, we’ll publish payment terms (fees, payout timing, taxes, refunds and chargebacks) and ask you to accept them separately. A payout email you enter now is only stored for that future setup.
6. Claims to existing pages
Someone else may file a claim saying a page is theirs. We review claims by hand and may contact you to confirm who runs the page. Approving a claim can add a “Claimed” badge; it doesn’t by itself transfer editing access.
7. Copyright complaints
If we receive a valid copyright notice about your content we’ll remove it and let you know, and you can respond with a counter-notice under our DMCA Policy. Pages of repeat infringers will be closed.
8. Leaving
You can switch your page back to draft at any time from the Studio, or ask us to delete it by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Your license to Crushed ends for content you remove, except as described in the Terms.
9. Relationship
You’re an independent creator, not an employee, agent or partner of Crushed, and you won’t say otherwise. Crushed doesn’t endorse your content or products.
10. Indemnity and liability
You’ll defend and indemnify Crushed against claims arising from your content, your products or business, or your breach of this Agreement or the law. The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply to this Agreement too.
