Headband
About Headband
Headband gets its name from the slight pressure it is said to place around the crown of the head. Genetics are generally credited as OG Kush crossed with Sour Diesel, a pairing that explains the diesel, lemon and earthy nose. Our record labels it a sativa, while some sources call it a hybrid, so type labels differ.
No THC figure is on file and the three terpenes (limonene, caryophyllene and myrcene) have no percentages. Flavor tags are sour, sweet and earthy. Effects on record are tingly and happy, with dizziness, headache and nervousness listed as side effects, a cautionary note for anyone prone to head pressure.
The onset is described as slow, which makes it easy to overdo: wait a while before taking more. Growers call it a high-yielding but demanding plant, flowering in about nine weeks. Pink Starburst and Paris OG are among its descendants.
That slow build tends to catch newcomers out.
