Blue Coral
About Blue Coral
Blue Coral earns its name from blue-toned flowers with coral-orange pistils, and from a flavor that mixes berry with tropical citrus. The exact origin isn't documented, which is common for boutique cuts from breeder selections. Sources guess at a Blueberry-type parent crossed with a Gelato or Sherbert hybrid, but that is conjecture.
Crushed lists it as a hybrid with a single THC reading of 17%. Terpinolene leads at 0.71%, with myrcene at 0.25%, limonene at 0.21%, caryophyllene at 0.20% and ocimene at 0.19%. Terpinolene-first is rare for a berry strain, so the smell may be brighter and more floral-herbal than the name implies.
Flavor tags run berry, blueberry, citrus, fruity, honey, sour and sweet. Effects include creative, energetic, euphoric, focused, giggly, happy, relaxed, sleepy and talkative. Growers describe a medium plant with moderate stretch that tolerates strong light and develops dense, resinous buds, though it can be sensitive in cultivation.
A light-to-moderate THC reading makes it a good afternoon pick for flavor-seekers. Ask for the lab report, since cuts may vary.
