Sour Tsunami

Sour Tsunami helped start the CBD-first breeding movement, built by crossing Sour Diesel with NYC Diesel. Breeder Lawrence Ringo of the Southern Humboldt Seed Collective is credited with the work, which took about four years. Our parent list also names Afghani, Northern Lights and Chemdawg, so the deeper ancestry varies by account.

No THC or CBD figure is on file for this record, so potency is unknown here. Terpenes are clearer: myrcene leads at 0.48%, terpinolene follows at 0.31%, then pinene at 0.15% and caryophyllene at 0.13%. Flavor tags are sour, piney, earthy and sweet, and effects are happy, focused and calm.

Growers describe a sativa-leaning plant that flowers in around nine weeks, with dark green, purple-tinged foliage and a musky diesel smell. Chemotypes differ from cut to cut, so a low-THC assumption is only safe once the lab label confirms it. Sour Space Candy and Harle-Tsu come from it, and reviewers mostly describe relaxed, happy and uplifted effects.
