Sweet Tooth
About Sweet Tooth
Barney's Farm made Sweet Tooth famous in the early 2000s as an Afghani, Nepalese and Hawaiian cross. Our record lists exactly those three parents. A separate Canadian version from Spice of Life also exists, leaning toward berry and grapefruit, so the name does not always mean the same plant.
We have it as an indica with a single THC reading of 14%, quite mellow compared with today's typical flower, and below the 16-20% cited elsewhere. Caryophyllene, myrcene and pinene are named, though percentages aren't on file. Flavor tags are fruity and sweet.
Effects are tagged sleepy, happy, creative and calm, with dry eyes, dizzy and dry mouth noted as side effects. The sweet, candy-like aroma is the main draw. It fits a slow evening when you want a gentle comedown rather than a jolt, and the lower THC makes it a reasonable pick for people easing back into cannabis.
Because both lineages circulate, ask a budtender which one is on the shelf before buying.
