Vortex

Vortex comes from Subcool's The Dank and crosses Space Queen with Apollo 13 into an 80/20 sativa-leaning hybrid. Our parents field adds Romulan and Cinderella 99. We carry it at 19.99% THC with no CBD.

Terpinolene leads at 0.68%, followed by beta-caryophyllene at 0.25% and limonene at 0.22%. Flavor tags on file: fruity, sweet and sour, and outside notes describe lemon sweetness with tropical mango. Effect tags read happy, creative, energetic, focused and dizzy.

Outside reviewers rank energetic, uplifted, euphoric and creative highest, and caution that effects can range from racy and energetic to heavy and disorienting. The outside source also credits it with High Times recognition, naming Best Sativa in 2010 and a Top 10 spot in 2007, which we could not cross-check. Growers report about 56 days of flowering, noticeable variation between phenotypes, and a recommendation to stake plants.

The dizzy tag suggests sitting down at first. It suits daytime use in a relaxed, safe setting.
